The literature review of the article presents characteristics protein value plant feed materials, in particular, soybean and sunflower processing products, depending on production technology. Their amino acid composition ideally meets needs young animals poultry due to high content essential acids.
 section «Materials methods» methods for determining: crude by Kjeldahl method, soluble 0.2% potassium hydroxide, Barnstein protein, falsification products with inorganic nitrogen, as well determining non-essential acids, incl. sulfur-containing, using system capillary electrophoresis «Drops-105M».
